As per typical tournaments of this size and structure, the organisers ask as many players as possible to bring console set-ups to assist with the running of the event.
All character DLC
All characters/stages unlocked for use
All consoles, equipment and software must be in good working order, original and unaltered in any way.
Upon confirming your arrival at the Super Smash Bros Ultimate Tournament area, a TO will assist you setting up your console.
Anyone who allows their set-up to be used for tournament matches will be granted a FREE refreshments voucher for complimentary food and drink.
Your console will remain physically secured at the same station for the duration of the event and will be under supervision by the TO at all times. Please seek a TO if you need to relocate/remove your setup.
You should expect to allow your console to be used for practice/casual matches by other players throughout the day.
Only Super Smash Bros Ultimate Tournament participants will have access to these set-ups. They are not available for standard convention attendees unless they are in attendance with a tournament participant. Separate exhibit areas are available for non-tournament players elsewhere at the convention.
Practice areas are not guaranteed to be available for every player at the start of the tournament due to the high number of participants.
Set-up providers should expect the event to require the use of their equipment until approximately 6pm on the day.
